By using TagFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TagFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TagFlow.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TagFlow. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TagFlow to:

  • Redirect NFC tags to malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content
  • Distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code
  • Phish, scam, or deceive other users
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TagFlow's systems
  • Use TagFlow for spam or unsolicited communications

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you create (profile information, links, etc.). By using TagFlow, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to operate the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our policies, and to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

6. Tag Codes and URLs

TagFlow generates unique short codes for your NFC tags. These codes are assigned to your account and may not be transferred. We reserve the right to reclaim codes from inactive accounts after extended periods of inactivity.

7. Analytics Data

By using TagFlow's redirect service, you acknowledge that scan data (IP address, device info, timestamp) is collected from people who interact with your tags. You are responsible for informing those users of this data collection where required by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TagFlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TagFlow harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your tags will cease to function.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice. Continued use of TagFlow after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
